The four fitness stations you organized were not only challenging but also incredibly engaging for our students. The Wheelbarrow/Buddy Carry fostered teamwork and trust as students worked in pairs to complete the course.

The Modified Sprint pushed our students to their limits, enhancing their speed and strength! The Cross Functional Relay was particularlry impressive, combining bear crawls, push-ups, and burpees in a way that encouraged leadership and mutual support.

These activities go beyond physical exercise and instill valuable life skills such as perseverance, teamwork, and leadership.”
